Meet our founder Haitham. Over ten years ago, he set out to share his family recipes with the community. His goal remains the same as when he opened Pita Pita: to provide authentic Mediterranean food made with simple ingredients, served fresh every day. When you visit our Laguna Hills and Newport locations in Southern California, you will see our staff firing up homemade pita in the woodstone oven, chopping fresh tomatoes and cucumbers being chopped for our fattoush, and boiling dried garbanzo beans boiling for our from-scratch hummus, just as it was in Haitham's family kitchen growing up.
